Scarred Crystal

Well, after a few days of toying with this concept, it's done.
It's based upon how loneliness or solitude can be both a gift and a curse. The gift being the light and warmth shining from the inside while the curse are the obvious cracks. The 2nd part of the idea is how relations with people, even bad experiences (the spikes holding the structure together), can help. But even then, be those experiences good or bad, if it ended or is still ongoing. Never can the scars of solitude be fixed.

Technique wise, I did this one in pure colored pencil. The sketch was done in light graphite with a 2H pencil and then finished in pencil. Kinda regret it now that I've done all the linework in black colour, but hey, it still works
