Colour of Light

Hello, school started which means my creativity is in overdrive again since I don't have anything smarter to do during classes than coming up with art concepts (except maybe actually paying attention, but pffft who does that anyway?)

I guess the point behind this one's self explanitory. It's a plain candle till the wax melts, then it goes in all different colours

Done with watercolours then outlined with black liner marker. Had to do a bit of finishing work on it since the paper got all crumpled up from the water (cheap plain printer paper and watercolours don't really mix). A bit more experimentation
I guess something like this'd actually be possible irl, probably if there was thermal ink mixed in the wax or something...
